The thought that teacher training might soon be over. The overwhelming support I'm getting from my best friend and from colleagues. I'm happy because my cat liked his dinner tonight. And K. ....her words make me happy and whole.

Breathing deeply and slowly into my "center" (as we say in karate, it's a bit like breathing into your stomach), singing Irish rebel songs, eating "Baldrian", and reading a good poem or two...
